This website is operated by Stanley Hill Flowers. Where these terms and conditions use terms such as "we", "us" and "our" they refer to Stanley Hill Flowers.
By visiting our website including all the information, tools and services available on it, and/or purchasing something from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and the associated privacy policy available here.
You can view the most current version of these terms and conditions at any time by visiting this website page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to your website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.
Buying fresh flowers from us
We offer seasonal fresh flowers, and our bouquets and bunches are determined by what is in season at the time. Please look at our social media feeds to see what is likely to be available, however we reserve the right to choose the best flowers in the field each week and so bouquets/bunches may be different to those shown. All orders will be bespoke and individual. In the event that we are unable to supply your flowers, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.
Delivery or collection from Stanley Hill Flowers is available Friday and Saturday (other days by arrangement), April to October. Orders must be placed with at least 24 hours notice.
Your order will only be accepted by us upon confirmation flowers are available and that we can offer collection or delivery on your suggested date.
We are a seasonal flower farm and so weather conditions may affect our ability to provide fresh flowers.
Flower Care
Re-cut the stems of the flowers every few days to remove blocked and sealed stem ends. Give the flowers fresh cool water and replace regularly. Keeping the flowers in a cool place, away from draughts, sunny windowsills, radiators and ripening fruit, will help them last longer.
Wholesale flowers for florists
Wholesale flowers are available to local florists who want to regularly buy and collect buckets of flowers from Stanley Hill Flowers.
Collection is from Stanley Hill Flowers on Friday-Saturday or by other times by appointment.
Orders must be sent by email by 8pm Monday evening for that week collection, Orders can be a stem count or budget to a theme.
An order is not considered placed until a confirmation is sent detailing expected availability and collection time.
Payment details
Payment is through SquareUp, a third party electronic payment service. Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice which will be emailed to you prior to collection or delivery of your flowers.
Covid compliance
We will be complying with all government restrictions on Covid 19 compliance.
Please do not come to Stanley Hill Flowers if you are feeling ill.
Orders for collection will be ready for a no contact collection at an agreed time from outside the flower barn.
Please respect everyone’s 2m social distancing.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
